About Me

My name is Lara and I am the proud mother of 4 beautiful children.  I have been a leader in the fitness and wellness industries for over 30 years.  My wellness journey led me directly to skin and body health.  After graduating from the AVEDA Institute in Austin, I opened Skintique Spa in Wimberley in the spring of 2016.  I am blessed to say Skintique has grown into it’s own with a healthy and loyal clientele from all over Hays county.  This community recently voted me Best of Wimberley.  An honor I truly am humbled by and grateful for.  It is both a privilege and the highest honor for my clients to entrust me with their skin health and overall wellness.  I take my opportunity to serve the needs of my clients very personally.  Since opening Skintique, my professional journey led me directly through the doors of Club Pilates where I am now the General Manager of the Club Pilates in Belterra. Upon the completion of the comprehensive 500-hour teacher training programming through Club Pilates, I am now teaching Pilates on the reformer at the studio, as well as privately training clients on their home reformers. I believe true health and beauty come from within.  Wholefood nutrition and a solid fitness routine are the key ingredients to optimal overall skin health and well-being.
